Yoga Classes

Gentle Yoga with Eliza Beghé:
This is an eclectic blend of styles focused on mindful movement & conscious breathing, with occasional forays into Hatha & Taoist Yoga flows. Classes are appropriate for beginners & for those interested in a quiet, meditative practice.

Classes packages are 5 classes for $50, 8 classes for $75, & 10 classes for $90. Drop in attendance costs $12.

Astanga Yoga with Chris Harris:
This is a rigorous practice of postures, connected to the breath, which reduces stress, improves sleep, corrects imbalance & misalignment in the body, & builds both strength & flexibility.

Classes cost $10 for drop in, 6 classes for $50, or 12 classes for $100. Gift certificates, private lessons, & couple or family discounts are available.
